I have ordered a smart phone AUXUS NUCLEA N1 for an amount of Rs 15990
with iberry.asia on 22-07-2013 order no 9478.
Later on 30-07-2013 I have put a cancellation request for the same order and they have approved the cancellation request sending a mail on 05-08-2013.
And from that day till 18-08-2013 they kept saying I will get my money back but on 18th Aug they have sent a mail requesting me to give my account details to transact the amount which they failed to do till date viz., 26-08-2013.
customer care is not responding properly
and support team is delaying the process without giving proper information
