Not refunding my money

Hi,

Its Airtel Company,I have paid them 1000rs for new broadband connection.The connection was about to get installed by 3days of my paymentbut they didnot contacted me next 2weeks.I have called them several times ,they only said we are registering complain it will get resolved in next 3 days.But that never happened.After 2weeks they informed me in my area they cant install connection.So i raised request for refund but they are not refunding my money and giving reasons without logic how they are trying but it cannot be processed because of various reasons.
