I have booked an open plot ( 240 sq. yards) in Jasmine City-II venture of JB INFRASTRUCTURES ,Chaitanyanagar Colony, B.N. Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad – 70, by paying an amount of 3,60,000 rupees i.e. 6,000 per sq yard in September 2014. For paying remaining amount I approached a financial institute for a loan . My application of loan rejected by finanicial institute stating that there were some pending cases in the high-court against the venture. Hence I decided to drop out from purchasing aforementioned open plot. The same is conveyed to the JB INFRASTRUCTURES . I requested them to several times since last 8 months or so to return my amount as I am not interested to go forward. But every time they are stating next week and next months and till today they have not returned my money. I am deep trouble as my hard earned money stuck with them and more over I need to pay my house loan. Hence I am approaching you for help or advice to recover my money as soon as possible , you are my last hope in this case.Please let me know how to get back my money.
