Name of company/service: Snapdeal
I have made a purchase with order no as 989325275 on 12th May 2013.
Estimated shipping date was given as 14th May 2013. On 14th, I received a couple of messages saying that there is a delay of 3 days in shipment.
After 3 days delay, I have not received any response from snapdeal. After tracking down the order status, It says that order is in progress. There is none available to pick calls on your customer care number “9212692126”.
After a week, they replied on one of the online communities saying that product is not available. Kindly wait for some time or we can refund your money.
I opted the option of refunding the money and dropped a mail as follows:
“Hi Snapdeal,
Please initiate cancellation of Order 989325275 with the purchase date as 12th May 2013. I have been told that product is not available and it will take time.
In this case, please cancel my order and initiate refund of money which is Rs. 10143. Please make it fast as I have been waiting for 8 days for my order to be shipped.
Please let me know once its done.”
I have not received any reply from them and they don’t even pickup calls.
Please help me get out of this issue.
