Not refunding Money

Location/place: bLORE
Name of company/service: Air Tel – Digital TV
Air Tel was prompt in taking money of the credit card and couldnt install and so was told refund will be given in two weeks , but its been five weeks and they are still dodging around . Someone please correct this as there customer service is also very poor and no one responds to these requests
