not refunding fees

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: navimumbai&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: ibsar college (cbd belapur)</p>Sir I have given 30000 fees to ibsar college cbd belapur … to preserved the sit for me for MBA … I told them that I have given my graduation last year exam … and waiting for my result… but now I got kt in 1subject in graduation .. so as per the rule I m not eligable for MBA… and college is not started yet … so I told them to refund my fees … because I got kt in one subject and I’m not eligalbe for MBA.. but they r refusing to refund the fees …sir I’m middle class person 30000 is very much big amount for us … pls help us … College is going to start from 21 June … den also de r refusing to give my money back
