Name of company/service: Hamley’s Toys, DLF Place Saket

Purchased a swimming frog toy from Hamleys in DLF Place Saket on 17th May. It did not work and when i returned it on 16th June, they refused to replace it saying that the return policy is for 7 days only. When i tried to explain that the kid it was gifted to only opened the gift a week back, they said that the same is not acceptable. Spoke to the store manager Jatin Bhambri and he said that they never receive complaints there

    This is to report a defective remote control car that I bought from Delhi. The car is not working properly for the past two weeks. Within 6 days of the purchase, I went back to the store and asked for a replacement which I was promised at the time of purchase. But the store incharge, instead of replacing it, tried to repair it and gave it back. I bought another car on the surety of the company’s image. Both the car are not working properly. I am surprised at the way a company like yours is treating customers and not getting their issues resolved. I currently stay in Jaipur and had to travel to Delhi to get this sorted last week. I thought keeping customers happy is the first priority of any company. And this is when the company is at fault and the customer has again and again received a defective product. Plus going back on your own words of replacing the product.
    I hope this would be my last approach to you as a grieved customer.

    I had purchased a drone from Hamley store at Mumbai airport on 5 th may.
    On opening the package not able to drive , nor am I able to charge it, nor I could contact customer care for exchange
