Sir I am currently working in bihar ,and on 10 august 2012 I have deposited my hazel j20i sony ericsson handset for repairing/replacement of display to authourised sony ericsson service centre, vishwakarma service ,shop no. 101,G-92,1st floor,pratap market pratap complex,munirka,new delhi contact no-01146564535 and he given me the work order no.- SE31256311614 and till now they can’t find the solution.and totally distrubed ,dipressed.they always pospond the date of recovery .it is not possible to visit his shop daily because currently I am working in bihar .plz sir help me ,i sufferred alot .my contact-q.no-bm/483,baludih colony ,moonidih,dhanbad,jharkhand-828129.
