I have ordered two products 1)Strontium 8GB Pen DriveAuto New (2 Quantity)
2)Intex Wireless Headphone(1 Quantity).
My order date Sep 11, 2012 and my order no is “3001460554”.I complain through website which is www.shopping.indiatimes.com i also talk with customer care with IVR but they just telling me forwarding my complaints to officer which is Operation head Mr.Hariballabh Gupta but no one is responding to my complaint till todays date 14 days passed now but still my order in process and my payment is already done with Net Banking.
