NOT RECEIVED WELCOME KIT AND DP ID NO

Dear Sir,
I was opened Demat A/c with Sharekhan Ltd my cust. Id is 904649
in the month of March-09 they asked me when you opened demat a/c with us you will get free holiday package. and I submitted all required document and cheque amounting Rs. 750/- in favour of Sharekhan ltd. drawn on SBI. but not yet recd. holiday package and nor welcome kit .due to this I could not eligible to do trading because of non of DP Id.I am frequently call them on call center but not any development
please help me
