not received the product

I had ordered a Nokia Bluetooth head set worth rs. 1609/- on 20/04/2013 & the commit date of delivery was with-in 7 days of order, after 7 days they are giving me unsatisfactory answers e.g seller saying tradus has debited the amount so refund will be made but tradus saying give us 3-4 days product will be delivered , asking for my product delivery since ordered but not get yet
