NOT RECEIVED 2000 RUPEES MONEY BY ATM

Dear Sir,
we have not received 20000 rupees money by ATM on dated 16.05.2013.but deduction amount in my account . we have all already inform bank Manager .but till date not positive response from bank side .So,please help me.
