I am using Tata Docomo postpaid service of mobile number:8977288299 from five months….i am unable to connect to the GPRS service which is essential for my basic Internet needs..i complained them 3 to 4 times but they didnt resolved my problem..due to this i am unable to pay bills online,not getting important E-mails.If the problem is not solved i want to change to other network…
