WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF BUYING MY GALAXY GRAND I FACED SEVERAL HANGS,SLOW PERFORMANCE ,PHONE GETTING BLANK AND ACCORDINGLY GOT MY MOTHER BOARD REPLACED ONCE AND OS FORMATTED 3 TIMES AND YET SAME PROBLEMS PERSISTS.I AGAIN SUBMITTED MY PHONE TO SERVICE CENTER AND STILL NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE.I AM PUSHING FOR A REPLACEMENT STATING I GOT A FAULTY PIECE BUT THEY NOT AGREEING AND TAKING LONGER TIME TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE.
