Not providing the bills on time & charges late payment fee

Name of company/service: MTS ( Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd.)

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased a MTS datacard. I have received their welcome letter & first bill at my home address but after that they are not send the bill on my home address or e-mail id. Whenever their executive call me i said them to send the bill but they always refuse me. after a two month they are call me to legal notice. then i again ask for the bill at that time they provide me bill with late payment fees. When i checked the bill my email id was incorrect in their database i called to customer care to correct that but they are start to blaming me that i have provided the wrong email address in the form i have already scan copy of form at my end.

The poorest back end support / staff. Its looks like a business of selling the datacard modems only which they have charged 800-1500/-.
