Post validation of the OBD call on 23-Jul-2013 at 11:41 wherein it has been found that balance Rs. 98(PI Pack – 98) & Rs. 49 (Sms pack-49)deducted on 22-07-2013 at 11:39 , post getting the consent from your side. You are not eligible for waiver.
Called up two times found phone out of reach.
