NOT PAYING MY SUBSCRIPTION BACK

I WAS PAYING MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TOWARDS TANISHQ GOLDEN HARVEST SCHEME AND ALREADY PAID THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY TO MARCH. BUT SUDDENLY DUE TO THE CHANGE OF THEIR NEW ONLINE PORTAL , I COULD NOT PAY MY NEXT INSTALLMENT. I HAVE CONTACTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ARE MAKING AGAIN AND AGAIN FALSE PROMISES THAT THE SAME WILL BE RESOLVED. NOW TANISHQ IS NEITHER RESOLVING THE ONLINE PORTAL NOR PAYING BACK MY INSTALMENT @ OF RS.2000 PER MONTH FROM JANUARY TO MARCH WHICH COMES TO RS.6000. PLEASE TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH TANISHQ HEAD OFFICE AT BANGALORE SO THAT I CAN GET BACK MY MONEY.
