Not having the capacity to resolve the customer query and Released the call

Name of company/service: BSNL Customer Care

Hi Sir, A.Srikanth Reddy… As per Plan of Rs 53/- package for SMS, daily 100 SMS Free and other network 12 paise per each sms. On 4th of feb recharged of Rs 53, But the plan has not been activated and for other network and since call the customer care from 4th of feb to 27th of feb , No action has been taken and So many TL are spoken. But No one can slove the problem, Agents cannot handle the call properly and realase the call from the Agent end. First Check it out, try to solve my problem..I want all the money which has been decideted from 4th of Feb to till now of 27th Feb.. The Important thing as per Customer query Not even a signal agent or TL can give proper resolution and Solve the Problem. I am real shame on BSNL Company, I Kindly Request to give outsoucring to the repeated Call center.. And I kindly Request a call from BSNL Senior Manager how is handle the customer care support team.. I hope for the Best…
