Balance deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Malappuram&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: TATA DOCOMO</p>I am a tatadocomo customer for 6 yrs.My no is 9037920937.I am using docomo unlimited 3g package.Yesterday while browsing internet I got a message saying Click http://tom.tatadocomo.com/view,pack.phtml?id=172 to view the content of the pack “Engineering Entrance Exam” You have purcha sed at Rs. 15. Non Renewable. Your Balance is 164.95(Rs) at 2013-02-26 18:28:06′.
I have’nt activated any pack.when call cc they are not taking the phone. Again next day when I was using internet I got this message ” Thank you for activating Bolly Beauties video zone. You have been charged Rs 99.0. Enjoy unlimited videos for 71 hour(s) ! Your current balance is Rs 64.2527 on 2013-02-27 at 00:00 AM ” I haven’t clicked on any link.Even I lost my 114 rupees.When call to cc they were very rude to me.They are not attending the call.Pls do some thing to teturn my balance.
