I made a flight ticket booking from travelchacha on 26th may 2012 but due to some technical fault in their website the ticket was not confirmed and i booked another ticket from a different site. The total amount 0f 15249 was said will be refunded in 7 working days(through a mail on 28th may). It has been more than 3 weeks and it still not done.Called them many times they say its under process. This is not the first time it has been 3-4 time i am facing this problem.Each time i need to call them 20 times for the refund.
