This is Shruti Bidwe and I am using mobile # 8097891582 from past 3years. From past 8 months I am getting charged for Games club subscription of Rs.5 per day, not sure why I am getting charged for this even though I never subscribed for it and I never downloaded any games from games club.com. I raised around 4 complaints on this with customer care and clearly told them to deactivate any such services on my account. I checked in self activation and de-activation number as well for my account and nothing like games club is active. In order to avoid this continuous charges to me I deactivated even Dive in and 3G services also in my mobile number but still I am getting charged for this. On every time I raise complaint with customer care they clearly told that next month this charges will not be charged to be account but that was not the case.Please do the needful…
