I Made a Cash Payment to Tikona Digital Networks on 21-01-2013 around 5 PM Evening and i was told the service will become active in 4 to 6 hours and while I am writing this complaint the service is still not active
The Reason for the same as per them is the for added security the password can be reset using the registered phone no and the reason was told that in order to change the phone no it takes 3 days and I was instructed by Someone By the name Ajith from Local office with the Following Contact Number : 9717357666 to send a mail to Tikona Digital Networks Customer Care at the Following Email ID : [email protected] and it will be Changed and I will be able to use the service in 3 Days
