Respected Sir/Madam,
I am subscribed to 1 Mbps plan through Beam Telecom. Since April ’12 I have been complaining that I am not getting speed according to the plan. I get only 110 kbps – 115 kbps of download speed. I have called the customer service many times and I have all the records of each complaint made regarding the issue.
Everytime I call them they say that my complaint will be addressed within 24-48 hours and I am still waiting for someone to address my issue. I have paid for 1 Mbps speed and this is fraud. I want my money back or I want my complaint to be resolved.
Today I called and when I talked to the supervisor he was very rude to me. His name was Narsimha and he was not even listening to me properly.
Please help.
