Missing 2 nos. 3d glass in the Box

I have booked Videocon 3d Led tv in Sanket Sales India on 20-05-2012 and paid 3800/- as down payment and file charge.I recevied the delivary on 27-05-2012 and when the Videocon engineer came to install the T.V at time he found that there are only 2 nos. of 3d glass instead of 4 nos. So that person asked to call sanket sales india and i do the same. At that time i got answer that you can come with the receipt and we will provide you at that time. But after few days when i got time and reach the sanket sales india at that time the Sales Executive”Jignesh Kachhia” who sold me that product first try to convience me that only 2 nos of 3d glass come with the product. But when i argued that on the box of tv and 3d glass it is clearly mention that 4 nos of 3d glass inside Then he again replied that you should have loged the complaint at that time. So i replied that i have made the call to your call center and some from your side replied that come with the receipt and we will provide to at that time. But he didnt responded me properly and replied do what ever you want and we are not going to entertain this complain no “29050”. Than i loged the complain in Videocon 2 times but from there also no one came to provide the missing 2 nos. of 3d glass the comaplain no. of videocon is as under (1. AHM0107120020 (2.AHM2306120172 but no one came to answer this call.
