Not getting service after getting connection

From last 15 days i am not able to connect my internet
I have regester complain several time they are not replying properly
just saying that they will send someone in 2 or 3 day but from last 10 days
I am just waiting for some one to come and find my problem and solve it

    Can anybody help me to figure out the mobile no for the below recharge…..
    Txn No. KAR15081219571200075 to Recharge MRP 155 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 77.84 INR, P.F 135.96 INR, S.Tax 19.04 INR.
