Cheated for the refund of hotel booking

I have booked a hotel from Goibibo.com at Ahmedabad in the name of Biplab Dey. booking id – HTLCVZJ4JQ. Which they said not confirmed though they have deducted the amount. Later I booked a different hotel though them Booking id HTLMV842JQ. Later when I asked my refund of that cancelled booking they said that there won’t be any refund as the booking is confirmed. I felt cheated hard. Every time I emailed them and they said they are solving the matter and now they said that they can do anything.
