Not getting range inside company premises from last 15 days, we approx 15 connection of your Airtel service but not any feedback or improvement

My no. 9967024304 from last 15 days facing problem of range inside the company, also in our company approx 15 more connection of Airtel, We complaint against this to your person who are looking this in our Wicel compound but he arrogantly said that cut your connection, we are not responsible bcos we don’t have Tower in this compound. so kindly confirm that wether we recd. range or we divert our connection with other network bcos in our premises we recd proper and full network of Vodaphone and Relaince.
