LOOTING

i have applied for airtel broadband and it was promise to me to give connection in 2 days.i asked them to give me final assurance by checking all dp box and all procedure then only promise.they told me its final we have already checked.i have paid all necessary docs and amount for installation.the connection was given by mr abhishek and mr samrat.but when they were failed to do the promise they started to ignore my calls.and now telling me the dp is full and started to give other diffrent issues.
please help as i have loss business due to non available of internet
