not getting positive response from the care

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: jabalpur (M.P)&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: karbonn</p>sir/mam maine november 22, 2012 ko karbonn a9+ kharida tha, aadhe mahine baad galti se mjhse lock ho gya and jb main karbonn care gya to wo bole ki aap yahan jaiye wahan jaiye, nai bna fir U.P me ek karbonn care gya to unne kaha ki format krna pdega jbki mera ph. warranty period me tha usne mjhse 50 rs. charge kiya lock kholne ke liye, chaliye main tbbhi kuch na bolta , abhi 1:30 – 2 mahine pehle mera data cabel nd ear phone kharab ho gya , main karbonn care gya ki mera cabel and ear ph. kharab ho gya hai, wo bolte hain ki 15 din baad aaiye, main 20 din baad gya to wo bole ye yahan nai bnega aap iss agency chle jaaiye main wahan bhi gya but no positive response,
main wapas se karbonn care me fir se poocha to wo kehne lge ki aapka ph. dusra product hai aur iski service hm nai dete and all, maine head office Delhi ph. lga ke unhe apni parshaani btaya to unne kaha ki aap karbonn care jaao wo aapki problem ko sort out krenge but unka wahi same answer, ab wo bolte hain ki company se hi products nai bann rhe hain….
sir/mam ab aaphi btaiye ki jb warranty period hi expire ho jaayega tb kya wo exchange krenge product, and main bahut boore tarike se pareshaan ho chuka hun aur bahut jyada dauda hun….

now ab main kya karun iss liye mjhe ye krna pda….
