Not Attending Complaints within warranty Period

Name of company/service: Khaitan

I bought a Khaitan Fan which works both on AC/DC during May 2011. The Fan is not working since some time now. The warranty period ends on 12th May’13. I have been calling Khaitan customer care since 4th April’13. During my first call on 4th April i was given a complaint number for future reference. Complaint No.201288. However, nobody visited my place till now. I have even spoken to local service center head (as per customer care) Mr. Ghosh, Mobile No.9836800553 who kept on promising me an immediate mechanic visit but nobody turned up so far. More surprisingly, when I called up customer care again for a follow-up, I was told that the engineer recommended to change the Motor without even checking the problem. Looking for your intervention to end this trauma of following-up and wasting time speaking to mindless people.
