Hi,
I have booked a ticket from Pune to Udaipur on 31st May 2013 for a AC sleeper bus from Karan Travels (GHyundai). Some how the AC bus was not well and they sent the NON AC bus. I refused to travel on this bus and demanded my money back at my boarding point only, where the bus operator told that you did not gave money to me, you have given to makemytrip so collect it from them. The bus operator then told me that keep this 200 rs and you have to travel in this bus only. I told I dont want to travel 20 hrs in a NON AC bus then Bus driver started the bus and started moving. In that panicking condition I boarded the bus. As my stop was the last stop the operator went down. After 30 -40 meters travel only and some angry discussion with the driver and cleaner I stepped out of the bus. I then called the number provided on the bus ticket and to my surprise that number was of the luggage office where the reciever could not solve my problem. I called up makemytrip from the boarding point itself. They registered the complaint and assured a call back. On my way back from the boarding point to my house I got a call from makemytrip and I explained all the details. After that point I am regularly calling them up and demanding my money but they are just forwarding my complaint to the concerned team. I also have a call in conference with makemytrip, bus operator and me, and after that too they told that we will revert back to you. But untill now there is no solution and It seems that makemytrip is taking the issue casually enough and trying to extend the time so that every one forgets about the issue. Though it is a matter of just Rs 1000 but I want this irresponsible peoples to get a lesson of ruining my whole trip where there is exactly ZERO fault on mine. My booking ID is NU27014951546908
