My Outgoing service is being barred with no reason

Name of company/service: Reliance

My phone outgoing service is barred since 5 days without any notice.I have submitted my bill yesterday but they have not yet resumed my service and there customer care executives have not showing any attention towards my case.I am highly disappointed with reliance customer care services
