Not getting adopter of broadband even within warranty

Location/place: Rajgram, Bankura

I’ve a broadband connection with telephone no (03242)257377, in the name of my father Anadi Bhusan Das. On 24.08.2012 morning the adapter of broadband has some problem and not to work. This was purchase on 15.06.2012 and so under warranty. But in telephone office they are not want to prepare for exchange it, even they are not assured that it may available after some days.
Either bad adopter should replace or they have to return the cost of modem.
