I have applied for my passport on 01/12/2011 via B.D International, Birati , Kolkata 81. where I have been told that it will be delivered in 3 months duration.
within 2 months all the verifications has been done including Police verification. where i have given my
Key Number: 6512507011 and
File number: A125070/11
and status on http://www.passportstatus.in/
is showing properly till April’12, where it was started to display that my passport will get dispatched very soon.
Later from May onwards it was showing that it will get dispatched by 25th of June.
But till the date I didnot get my Passport and from last two months i.e after 25th June my passport status is showing as:
“It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week’s time”
I have complained 6 to 7 times to [email protected]
for enquiry about my Passport which is the id of passport office kolkata but still not get any information.
One week ago when I personally go to passport office kolkata they didn’t respond in well manner by saying it is been misplaced.
Kindly help me in this situation as currently I am working in an IT company at Pune and in urgent requirement of Passport.
