This is Anurag Shankar from Vasundhara-Ghaziabad, UP. I am using the Dish TV connection from April-2013 having VC_No.01518719920. Initially I contacted to Dish TV customer care on 10th April-2013 for the new connection and I was suggested to pay Rs 2300/- by Cash-on-delivery under the plan of 2 and 1/2 month free subscription and 70+ channel free for 5 years. I was agreed on this plan and booked a new Dish TV connection under the Token_No: 2688704. On the next day itself I got the new connection with the Bill_No: 4997 and VC_No: 01518719920, but I am getting the message to recharge my Dish TV, but according to my connection plan, I should get the connection up to 2 and 1/2 month without any disruption, but its not happening. So I called the customer care number regarding my problem on 18th-May-2013 and they told the issue will be resolved within 24 hour, but it didn’t get resolved, again I called on 19th-April-2013 and the same promise was made that it will be resolved with in 24 hour, but it didn’t get resolved, and I m calling again and again regarding the same problem, and at last they told me to forward the scan copy of the bill of purchase on 20th May-2013 which is last date of my recharge according to Dish TV nd I didt the same on 20th May Night Itself but on 21th May-2013 morning onward my subscription get expired. I wrote a mail to COE also through the official website of Dish TV having Request No : 24565, after which they called me and told ‘kindly recharge your account and problem will be resolved soon’. after that I recharge my Dish TV account but today is 23rd MAy-2013, it more than 5 days and till now issue is not resolved. I m getting nothing other than their fake commitment and hope.
