Not entertaining properly regarding request for reverification of photon number

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: kolkata&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: tata docomo outlet south city mall</p>I had taken a photon net connection 1 month ago from tata docomo south city mall outlet,kolkata.the number was barred from use because verification could not be done as the representative came to my home without notice twice and thus didnt find me at home.now i am repeatedly requesting the outlet to book another reverification request but they are behaving badly and not entertaining me.
