cutting of facility of Rs. 299 recharge without information

Name of company/service: reliance communications (RIM)

I recharged for Rs. 299/- monthly pack on 25.01.2013 vide Tx No. 01915296282501201310 at Jyoti stores in Naval Colony, Kanjurmarg(W), Mumbai 400 078 on Reliance CDMA phone no 7498443146. I have regularly doing this recharge for last 2-3 years. The facility given in this pack of Rs. 299/- is Relinace to Reliance (local calls) free and other local calls of 30 mins per day free for thirty days. . But on 25.01.2013 after the abovmentioned recharge the facility of others (local calls) of 30 mins per day free for thirty days was suddenly cancelled. I was not informed earlier. The facility was given till the period of my earlier recharge i.e. till 24.01.2013 (night). Wayward answers were given by the company representative Miss Priti and Mr. Goust, Senior which could not satisfy me. I therefore have no choice but to complaint to you for your necessary action.
