Not delivered the Missing Items and Not Sharing the Damage Certificates for Insured damaged items

I want to inform you that I have recently moved to Mumbai from New Delhi and transmitted my households through Air India Cargo Movers and Packers
It’s been more than 1.5 months we are trying to get our households but none of them are responding our calls messages

We are unknown about the 3rd Party involved with AirIndia which is a severe crime
Due to the negligence of these two Cargo Companies, my households delivery got delayed almost 1 month and damaged due to storage This damage was caused by them
We have all proofs such as WhatsApp Messages Chat Records Pictures Cargo People details Truck Details Damaged items Missing Items warehouse pictures Call logs Bills Insurance etc
HouseHolds Shifting Details Items which are not delivered and missing and also damaged
Missing Items:
1. Centre Table Wooden: It was a big table with 4 by 5 dimensions. They don’t have any clue on this item.
2. CPU Box : which consists of PC Monitor and other electronic items: Labor said he has seen this carton at other party house
3. Plastic Buckets
4. Mix Item Carton: Labor said he has seen this carton at other party house

Damaged Items:
1.Fridge: Dent on the bottom right-hand side—- Rs 15000
2. Centre Table Glass: Broken into two pieces—-Rs 2500
3. IFB Washing machine: Not Working at all—– Rs 25000

As per Insurance company, they asked AirIndia to submit below documents. I was trying to reach them from past 1-2 weeks, but Airindia Cargo is not responding at all.
1. Damage Certificate from transporter mentioning the exact cause of
damage whether due to jerks and jolts or due to the accident
2. Repair estimates

I want you to escalate this case so that AirIndia Cargo can deliver my missing items and process for damaged items which was caused due to their negligence in storing and dealing with 3rd Party i.e. Kuber Logistics without any prior information to us.
