Not credited recharge amount of 102/- towards my mobile data though my agent received message recharge successful

Yesterday at 8.26pm, I got my phone recharged for mobile data for rs.102/-(250mb for 28days) through Mr.Kalyanaraju who recharged from his no.99019913699. He forwarded the message message of rc successful sent to his phone vide TXID 916800282. But the amount was not credited to my mobile data account and I didn’t receive any message from the airtel company for successful recharge. But money is being used from my main phone account. I have paid money to the agent Raju who says that recharge is done and is refusing to return my money. But my account is still not yet credited with the recharge amount of 102/- till now. Please look into the matter and take action to credit my account with 102/- towards data recharge.
