This is a totally scam company selling fake ISO certificates which you can never verify on Jus Anz site. They just print it on paper and sell the paper to you for whatever best they can take from you. Most people dont check this and are happy thinking that they have received an ISO but its just a printer paper with no crediblity. They are rude, make false commitments, lie and always try to blame customers if you try to make them do what they had promised while taking money.
Their telecallers called me many times last year and promised to give a ISO 9001 certificate for 10k. They said that this is the fee for 3 years and their is a survelliance fee of 1500 per year from second year onward but it is waived off in our plan. We just need to email one bill of sale & one of purchase. That would be all. They took the money, gave a printed certificate but it never showed up on Jus Anz site which they had promised. Clearly they never registered with the ISO but just sold a printed paper for 10k. When I called their staff, they say they have left the job and don’t know. Then after one year they send letters threatening to suspend your ISO certificate which you never actually had unless you pay them again 6000 every year. Their staff are quarellsome, very rude, disconnect call midway. They do no audit, just sell fake ISO certificates to many people. If you want registration on Jus Anz site then they will sell it to you for 20K or higher but again there is no guarantee as most people never check Jus Anz site and they get away with giving fake certificate and asking for fake survelliance charges where you just have to pay money. Its a total scam. If you have been scammed too, Please report this company to Jus Anz too by writing an email and sending a scan copy of your fake certificate and their emails. No wonder they send business email via gmail and not by official email. I am also planning to make a legal complaint with this company against economic offense wing and registrar of companies and regualator. Pls send email to Jus Anz to let them know of this fraud going on and also post on consumer forum site and take legal action against them to prevent this fraud.
