Not considering my bill amount while upgrading my device

I bought a HTC sensation Last september and with in few months it started giving me problems and after several visites to their service center in kamla nagar, New Delhi they first tried to fix it and after that replaced my device with a new device. After the replacement the phone worked fine but in a month the phone blacked out for 2-3 hours, i made a video of that and showed it to the service center they said sir there is no solution for this except again changing the mother board. As per the telephonic conversation with a representative he told me that i should get my device repaired just once and still the problem persists then i will get an upgradation, which i was asking him on the first place. after changing the component the problem was Still there. after this i got an approval for upgradation and i was told to pay the difference amount Which i thought must be calculated from the amount i paid for the device, but they are saying you have to pay the difference amount as per the present market price of my device. which is completely illogical and on the contrary they did upgrade my friend’s phone according to the billed amount. ( I have all the details of that guy, since i know him ) now they are just fooling me around.and no one is ready to talk for the discrepancies that are there. and are saying what ever you want to do you can do.
