complain regarding misbehaviour of customer care executive

Respected Sir
I want to tell you that i had been activated a pian of 13 rs for internet pack in my mobile whose number is 9098479890,and this plan has been activated in my number since last 1 month.
thereafter on dated 18 th of august 2012, I top-up my number with rs 100 and gained a balance of rs85(approx), after 4 hrs i recieved a msg which tells me that only 18 rs are remained in my balance.
After this on dated 20th of august 2012 I again recharged my number with a top up of rs 110 and i gained a balance of rs 110(approx) at 9:30 pm,and on 10:30 pm on the same night i recieved a msg which tells me that my account balance reaches to a minimum level of rs 4.64.
then i talked to customer care executive named Mr. Sahil and i told him all the problem regarding my both recharge and deduction,he said that he cant help me,when i forced him to give response he asked me to switch the natwork through portability.Then i asked to talk his senior officer ,he said that he is transferring my call to his senior officer and want to keep me in hold,i agreed and then i was in hold for 59 minute and 52 seconds but there was no any senior officer who could recieve my call.
i disconnected it and tried again to call then Miss. Nisha answered my call and she also transferred my call to his senior officer but again no officer recieved my call,and she also misbehaved me.
Now you tell me that what should i do for my recharged amount.I hope you will reply soon.
