Not cancelling Fixed line/Broadband Connection

Name of company/service: Airtel

I have fixed line/ broadband connection from Airtel.Number – 08214268750 I have shifted my home so want to shift the connection also. Called Airtel customer care (#16304024) on 26th May 2012 at 10:38am. I got call from Airtel on my registered alternate mobile number that it can’t be shifted and I need to cancel the connection. I agreed for cancelation. Till now the connection is not cancelled and they have added Rs300 on the June bill for shifting charges. For this I have made several complaints as listed below

They told me the connection is shifted to my new house which was not happened and I have to tell every time connection is not shifted and I need reversal of Rs300. But they have given Rs250 discount in the bill.

Connection is still active and I can see some phone calls in my June between 1st and 6th june which I have not made after moving to new house on 28th may. My old house door is locked and instrument is with me so nobody can make the call.
They are full of lies and unnecessary harrasing customer. They are closing complaints without informing me by telling they tried calling my landline number etc.
