i am prashant saxena and i purchased a refrigerator on 17th oct 2009 from punjab general store
fatehgarh distt : farrukhabad pincode 209601
actually there was a problem of cooling in it and it was under warranty ,since the problem cannot be resolved by local dealer as well as the service engineer deputed on this matter .so we negociated with area manager of service provider mr umer for the replacement of refrigerator and further we have send a draft no. 075328 amount RS 2825 in favour whirlpool of india payable at lucknow on 4/4/12 recieved by mr. kuldeep.
but no action has been taken on it till date ,we are totally duped by the company, we have already mailed so many times to customer care but we are unable to get a reply .so now we are in need of help from consumer forum . we are totally dis hearted with the services of whirlpool. hoping to get a reply very soon .
