NOT CANCEL AND NOT REFUND MONEY

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have ordered Nokia 101 Mobile Phone on 05-03-2013 and order no: 10404610 in www.timtara.com and paid amount Rs. 1299/- by SBI internet banking transaction id: 1265820IGG7034643. But still the status show as AWAITING FOR SHIPMENT. More than one and half month completed from the order date. I have complained on MARCH 15 and send mail few times. to www.timtara.com. Still their is no reply from timtara. Also I try to contact timtara customer care by phone many times. But they do not pick my call. For calling to timtara only I have spent more time and money. My kind request is please take necessary steps to cancel the order and refund money as soon as possible. Looking forward for your reply.
