I have a Tata Indica Vista car and registration no. is MP21/CA/2515. The car was accident at Satna (M.P.) dated 29.01.2013. Then I Was booked our car in your M/s. R.R. Automobiles, Satna(M.P.) for repairing dated 29.01.2013. Now, 2Months 23days are over but yet not repaired my car. I am many times request and complain in R.R. Automobiles, Satna(M.P.), TATA MOTORS, BOMBAY and Tata customer care. My complain no. is 1-18292085187, 1-18301012451, 1-18736182561 and 1-18678646000. But they don’t take a needful action. Nobody wants to take a responsibility in R.R. Automobiles, Satna for repair a car. They continue making me a fool and always giving me time and say “Your car will complete in 2days, 4days and 10days” but yet not complete my car.
I am facing a many trouble and financial losses without our car, because I am a businessman. Always I need a car for do our works. Now, I am hiring a Taxi car for do our business works. And pay the unnecessary taxi bills.
So, please do the needful action and oblige.
