WE HAD PURCHASES CARRIER AC ON 23.02.2012 MOCEL NO3844-01005/40LCO10C UNDER INVOICE NO 212.19-07.2012 WE FOUND PROBLEM ON THE AC ,WE REGISTER OUR COMPLAINT THROUGH ONLINE REGISTRATION NO 2012071927257.TILL TODAY NOBODY ATTEND OUR COMPLAINT OURS IS RETAILS SHOWROOM WITHOUT AC CUSTOMERS NOT VISITING OUR SHOWROOM.EACH TIME WE TRY TO CONTACT THERE TOLL FREE NUMBER THEY PUT THE LINE HOLDING MORE THAN HALF HOUR AND NOT GIVE ANY PROPER REPLY AND ATTENDING OUR COMPLIANT.AFTER ONE WEEK WE MADE THE COMPLAINT THERE TECHINCAIN IS NOT ATTEND OUR SHOWROOM. WE ARE FACING HEAVY LOSS DUE TO AC PROBLEM . WHAT WILL WE DO WERE TO LODGE COMPLAINT.PLEASE GIVE DIRECTION
