i have complained about faulty bsnl lines my complaint no. is 1007379595. but idint get the proper response from the bsnl representative and they dont have any concern about it
i m paying the bills regularly but i dint get the proper servicer and care from bsnl.
i had taken sms campaing for one year ie 5 lakhs sms for rs 15,000/- validity one year one sms for 3 paisa i have not complete my sms campaing , total sms was done 2,80,000 and remaining 2,20,000 and when i told them to sms the remaining they told me ur sms campaing is over now ther is new rate for sms campaing ie 5paisa one sms the company name is dial and ask it is located at dahisar.
