A sim with a dongle of telecom company Vodafone was purchased on date 27 of Jan(Sunday) and was to be activated till 30th of Jan (wed.). The sim was not activated till 2nd of Feb.(Saturday). Vodafone mini store was visited on 2nd of Feb. and assured me about its activation by 4th of Feb. after a verification of address but no verification was done and sim was also not activated.
