On October 25, 2012 I bought a Haier Refrigerator (HRF3555GVFSSCL, Silver Colour) from Vijay Sales, Thane [Invoice Number: 83-BWG10-12SIAOT 1566, dated October 25, 2012, Order Number 10-TH10-12SOT529].
I am disappointed because the refrigerator was performing unsatisfactorily from December 15, 2012. It was not giving the required cooling.
I had filed a complaint (Ref: THA1212170039, dated December 17, 2012) at your Customer Care Centre. Following my complaint, an engineer (Mr. Tiwari, Cell No: 8108979311) was sent to my place within a day or so. On day one he came to analyse the problem, and on day two he re-filled gas in the refrigerator, but in vain. He came to my place once again a couple of days after, and repeated the procedure, but failed again. The compressor of the said unit has also been changed along with the freezer door but in vain. The refrigerator is till date not performing i.e. not providing the required cooling.
Your engineer has a chat with your service centre personnel Mr. Nitin Patil (Cell No: 7738359913, Thane Branch), regarding the refrigerator needs a replacement. Mr. Patil in turn had a chat with his Senior Rakesh (Cell No: 7738359966). The senior personnel had assured me that my refrigerator will be replaced before January 4, 2013.
When I had called him in the first week, he completely denied saying so, and in turn, said he will take up the matter for the replacement of the refrigerator ASAP. It is quite astonishing that your Senior Executive along with Mr. Nitin Patil is not receiving my call after that day, even if they receive the call they say they are busy in a meeting and disconnect without giving me any status on the replacement. I have even smsed them to call me when they are free, but in vain. If have filed an official complain once again (Ref: THA1301150075 dated January 15, 2013; THA1302040090 dated February 04, 2013).
This issue is causing problems in my day to day life, and hope you will understand. To resolve the problem I require you to look into the matter at the earliest. I am looking forward to hear from you about the resolution of this problem.
